At suavesmith, we take the utmost care in ensuring that our product leaves our hands and gets to yours safely and in good order. As a homegrown Singaporean company, we are happy to provide complimentary shipping to Singapore addresses for orders above $30 SGD. This rate is also applicable to orders from Malaysia and Indonesia.

For our international customers, we apologize for not being able to offer complimentary shipping. We have however subsidized the rate and all international customers will only need to pay a $5 SGD shipping fee.

We offer FREE Ninjavan Delivery for purchases above $30 sgd delivered within Singapore. This applies to Malaysia and Indonesia as well.

Orders will be processed on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; and may take 2 business days to be processed. Delivery can take place from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays.

Customs and Duty Charges

We are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred at your local custom for the delivery of your order. You will be required to make payment for such duties and taxes if applicable. Please contact your local customs to be sure of the applicable fees before placing your order.

Please note that in the event of a rejected parcel or refund approved (on a case-by-case basis), a deduction of shipping fees will be applied, with only the nett amount to be refunded accordingly thereafter.
